Sir,

We, the students of your college, request that the condition of our college library has become poor and deplorable. Most of the books are worn out and many are outdated in their content and concepts. The authorities have not bought any books in the last few years. Again, we cannot borrow books for insufficiency. So, it is our sincere request to enrich the library with necessary books to facilitate our study and learning.

We, therefore, pray and hope that you would be kind enough to look into the matter on priority basis and oblige us thereby.
